Kuyu Kebab and its Specialty

Kuyu kebab is a type of kebab, which was created in the southern regions of Turkey in old time. A pit is prepared in special way and burn firewood for cooking. Sheep meat is hung in the pit using a hook. Top of the pit was closed and covered with mud. After the meat is cooked with is own steam, it is served in a roughly cutting way. Eating this kebab with hands is recommended in order not to lose its fresh and delicious taste. Kuyu kebab in Sehzade restaurant is prepared in our firewood and soil, which gives special flavor and taste.
